EQUALS Badge

The brief

To elevate the EQUALS Badge from a traditional e-learning portal into an immersive, goal oriented journey that empowers and retains learners with limited digital literacy and/or time.

Challenges

Conceive an intuitive navigation to lower the barrier to entry, helping young women to find and complete relevant courses. Built-in motivation loops through the gamification aspect to track progress.

The Process

I was involved in this project from end-to-end, beginning with UX research where we led client workshops to define personas and potential platform features. This was followed by wireframing, user interviews, user testing, and continued through to a full design of the whole platform.
